Based on looking at your wiki pages, we will spend Monday's class discussing the progress for each group. If this takes up the whole 2 hours, then we won't get to the paper discussion. I will post some notes on the topic, but we will cover SNPs and variation in one lecture instead of two. The notes I post will be to help with the background needed to follow the material in one lecture.

This wiki will be for students of BICH/BIOL 450/650, starting in the Fall of 2007. We will use the wiki for students to prepare reports for their group projects, and as an online place to keep progress notes and materials. Students should note that unlike the WebCT/Vista system you may have used in other classes, this site is publicly viewable not just outside the class, but also worldwide. So don't write anything you wouldn't want your parents or your prospective employers to read.
The wiki software we use is the same MediaWiki engine that powers Wikipedia. But we've made some modifications that we'll be documenting in the Help pages.
The class also has a blog, which is also publicly viewable.
