Research Synopsis:
I work on the characterization of Arabidopsis telomerase RNP components. We have shown that Dyskerin is a conserved component of the Arabidopsis telomerase RNP. Dyskerin mutants show defects in telomere length maintenance. Currently, I work on characterization of the Arabidopsis telomerase RNA and its interactions with other telomeric proteins.
