In our lab we study all aspects of telomere biology. This includes the proteins that bind the telomeres as well as the proteins that associate with the Telomerase ribonucleo-protein complex (RNP). Represented here are the known functions of G-overhang binding proteins attributed to the POT (Protection Of Telomere) family of proteins in organisms ranging from budding yeast to humans.
